2-Day R Training

The InforBio platform offers a short in-person R training course, taught in English, designed to refresh core skills and help you level up your coding. It also provides a foundation for further training, such as scRNAseq data analysis.

Participants should have some prior experience with R, as the training assumes familiarity with the basics.

The training will take place on March 12th and 13th, 2026, with the following planned content:

• Quarto and good practices (including working with servers)
• R essentials: data frame manipulation and path management
• Descriptive analysis and data visualization with ggplot2
• Principal component analysis (PCA)

The training will be limited to a maximum of 10 participants.

Registration fees:

• IBPS/SU students: €150
• IBPS/SU staff (researchers, postdocs, engineers, etc.): €250
• External academic participants: €350
• Industry/private sector participants: €600
